How to Create an Event in MyCaly?

Follow the steps below to create an event in MyCaly:
Login to your MyCaly account.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Events page.

Event Name: Enter a name for your event.
Meeting Type: Choose whether it’s an In-person meeting, Video call meeting, or Custom Meeting from the dropdown.
If it’s an in-person meeting, add the location in the pop-up and click Update.
Event Mode: Select whether the event is Free or Paid.
If Paid is selected, choose the currency and enter the event fee.
Payment Type: Choose a payment method Manual, PayPal, Stripe or Razorpay.
Event Type: Choose whether it’s a One-on-One Event or a Group Event (for multiple attendees).
Date Range:
Select how many days the event will run.
You can enable Auto Renew to continue the event automatically, or select Custom Date Range to specify your own dates.
Slot Time: Choose the duration (in minutes) of each event slot.
Gap Between Slots:
If you want breaks between events, enable this option and choose the duration of the gap (in minutes).
Event Landing Page: Customize your event page URL (e.g., https://mycaly.io/booking/myevent).

Guest Invitees: Enter the number of guests allowed per booking.
Organizer Invite: Specify how many organizers you want to invite.
Allow Reschedule: Enable this option if you want to allow attendees to reschedule.
Booking Confirmation upon Approval: Enable this option if bookings require your approval.
Event Image: Upload an image for your event.
Display Text: Choose how you want the event to be labeled Event, Appointment, Meeting, or Other.
If you select Other, provide custom text in the Other Display Text field.
Description: Add a short description of your event.
- Contact Support: Enter your support contact details (if applicable).
